Senior Financial Analyst . This role is ideal for a datadriven finance professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional modeling ability, and the desire to influence decisionmaking across a growing business. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a central role in forecasting, financial reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to partner closely with leadership across operations, accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and deliver actionable insights Reporting & Data Analytics Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, margin, and expense categories Build dashboards and automate reporting to improve organizational efficiency Business Partnering Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support operational and financial strategy Present findings, recommendations, and scenario analyses to senior stakeholders Support business case development for investments, new initiatives, and cost optimization Process Improvement Enhance FP&A tools, models, and reporting structures Help streamline financial workflows and strengthen data accuracy Participate in systems enhancements or implementations Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for decision-makers Work Authorization Requirement Candidates must be authorized to work in the
