Fulltime | Reports to Director of IT Development Position Summary EOHLC IT is seeking an experienced
ETL Developer
with strong handson expertise in
SQL Server, Azure SQL, and data migration initiatives . The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize data pipelines while collaborating with business and vendor teams to ensure highquality, reliable data solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable ETL pipelines using
Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and custom scripts Perform
data extraction, transformation, and loading
into target databases Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure
data quality assurance and successful migration Monitor, test, and troubleshoot ETL workflows for
high availability and reliability Optimize pipeline performance for
batch and realtime processes Document
data flows, mappings, and technical specifications Ensure compliance with
data governance and security standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience with
SSIS, Azure SQL, Azure Data Services (ADF, Storage) Strong proficiency in
SQL Server, Azure SQL, and TSQL Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps) Knowledge of
database recovery tactics and security protocols Experience in
Agile/Scrum environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
