Quality Manager Onsite | 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653 Full-Time | Automotive Industry | Quality Department About the Role Are you passionate about driving quality excellence in a fast-paced automotive environment? As our
Quality Manager , you’ll lead the charge in ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage a dedicated team and serve as the key interface between customers, suppliers, and production. What You’ll Do Lead Quality Systems:
Develop, certify, and maintain
ISO 9001 ,
IATF 16949 ,
ISO 14001 , and
ISO 50001
systems. Drive
continuous improvement plans
and monitor KPIs to achieve zero-defect goals. Act as the
customer quality interface , resolving issues and ensuring top-tier service. Oversee
supplier quality development
and corrective actions. Manage audits (internal, external, layered process) and ensure compliance. Lead
APQP/PPAP approval processes
for new products and engineering changes. Train and motivate the quality team to achieve departmental objectives. Ensure calibration and maintenance of all measuring equipment. Serve as
Management Representative
for quality and customer-related matters. What We’re Looking For Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred). Experience:
5+ years as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Tier 1 supplier requirements. Auditing experience (IATF, ISO standards).
Skills:
Leadership and team development. Six Sigma, Lean, 5S or equivalent methodologies. SAP, QM, MS Office proficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Languages:
English required; Spanish/German/French a plus. Physical & Work Environment Onsite role in a
dynamic production facility
(temperature varies by season). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Frequent walking, bending, and occasional forklift operation (valid driver’s license required). Safety-first culture with mandatory PPE. Why Join Us? Be part of a
