Job Description:
Avaya Netvoice Administration:
Install configure and maintain Avaya voice systems and related contact centre infrastructure. Manage user provisioning call routing IVR setups and system integrations. Monitor system health troubleshoots issues and ensures optimal performance and reliability. Implement and maintain security policies access controls and compliance standards. Conduct disaster recovery planning and regular DR drills.
Network Administration:
Oversee network provisioning capacity planning and performance optimization for voice and contact centre environments. Manage LANWAN QoS SIP trunking and network connectivity for voice systems. Ensure data security compliance and adherence to organizational policies. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate voice and contact centre solutions with cloud platforms and other enterprise systems.
Process Improvement Support:
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline voice and network operations. Document procedures configurations and incident resolutions. Lead incident problem management root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Skills Experience:
8-12 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration and Avaya Netvoice systems. Strong expertise in contact centre technologies voice systems and network management. Proficiency in troubleshooting performance tuning and automation. Solid understanding of security compliance and IT best practices. Excellent problem-solving documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Avaya Cisco or related voice network technologies. Experience with cloud-based voice solutions and contact centre platforms. Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.
