Position Summary The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor carton-forming and packaging equipment to support efficient production in a fast-growing food manufacturing company. Responsibilities include performing changeovers, making machine adjustments, completing basic preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issues. The operator will maintain a clean, safe work area, follow cGMP standards, and communicate with team members to ensure quality output and minimal downtime. This temp-to-hire role offers paid training, requires 1+ years of machine operation experience, and prefers bilingual English-Spanish candidates.
Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor box forming/cartoner equipment Perform periodic checks and resolve machine issues Complete format and product changeovers Assist with troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance Follow SOPs, standardized work, and cGMP requirements
Qualifications 1+ year experience operating production/packaging machinery in a high-speed environment High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Basic computer and math skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
