A Houston-based PE-backed digital infrastructure platform focused on mission-critical data centers supporting AI, cloud, and high-performance compute workloads is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate.
The Role This is a transaction-oriented corporate finance role reporting directly to the CFO, with regular exposure to the executive leadership team and institutional investors. The Associate will play a hands-on role evaluating growth opportunities, supporting financing initiatives, and preparing materials for senior management and the board.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models Analyze acquisitions, greenfield/brownfield developments, and market expansions Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials Conduct market and competitive analysis for underwriting and board reporting Support debt financings and lender relationship management Track performance and assist with internal and external reporting
Ideal Background 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or transaction-focused corporate finance Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable running point on workstreams Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Capital IQ and/or Bloomberg preferred
