Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and hands-on
IT Operations Engineer
to support and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in managing systems and networks, and the ability to work closely with internal teams in an onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support day-to-day IT operations, including networks, and end-user systems Monitor system performance, availability, and security Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Perform routine maintenance, and system updates Support onboarding/offboarding activities and user access management Maintain documentation for operational procedures and configurations Coordinate with vendors and external support teams when required Ensure adherence to IT policies, processes, and compliance standards Required Skills & Experience 35 years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS systems administration Familiarity with Intune or any other desktop management system Hands-on experience with incident and problem management Good communication and documentation skills Nice to Have Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
