Senior Business Systems Analyst
to lead the evolution of our ERP landscape. In this role, you wont just be supporting a systemyou will be the architect of To-Be business processes, driving operational excellence across multiple plants in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Traceability. What Youll Do: Process Mastery:
Formalize As-Is/To-Be workflows and drive adoption of market best practices across various manufacturing sites. Full SDLC Ownership:
Lead initiatives from requirement gathering and system design to testing and go-live support. Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize high-impact projects and manage the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies) list. Documentation & Training:
Create detailed system design docs and lead training sessions for end-users to ensure seamless transitions. What Were Looking For: The ERP Expert:
3 to 5+ years of experience supporting/customizing
QAD
(preferred) or a similar major Manufacturing ERP. The Process Designer:
A proven track record in Business Process design and mapping. The QA Specialist:
Strong experience in execution and documentation of Functional, Integration, and Regression testing. The Technical Edge:
Knowledge of
Progress OpenEdge ABL , TailorPro, or Pro2 is a massive plus. The Communicator:
Ability to bridge the gap between technical dev teams and non-technical business partners. Why Join This Project?
