UAT test cases, execute them manually and then automate. Selenium or Tosca knowledge and Java is a must. Create readable, maintainable, and reusable test scripts aligned with acceptance criteria. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Perform code reviews and mentor junior QA automation engineers. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify test scenarios early in the development cycle. Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and raise relevant defects with sufficient documentation. Define and track quality metrics, test coverage, and automation progress. Stay current with industry trends and advocate for continuous improvement in automation processes.
