Allspring is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Analyst - Investment Data & Operations to lead and optimize our investment data operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our investment data, while also driving process improvements. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities

Data Quality Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures across all investment data domains. Oversee data quality monitoring and validation processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of data discrepancies. Lead root cause analysis of data issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Establish and track key data quality metrics, reporting on data quality performance to senior management.

Data Operations Optimization: Analyze existing data operations workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance data operations.
