Youll elevate financial performance, lead transformative initiatives, and partner with the Board and sponsor to accelerate value creation. This role is ideal for a rising finance leader ready for a broader platform and high-impact decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to drive strategic insights. Own financial workstreams for M&A, including diligence, valuation, and integration. Oversee IT strategy and governance, enabling digital transformation and scalability. Coordinate legal and governance processes with external counsel. Drive cross-functional initiatives with urgency, clarity, and accountability.
What Were Looking For: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial tech. Deep M&A expertise, including deal execution and integration. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills. Private equity experience strongly preferred. Exceptional executive communication and Board-level presentation skills. MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
