About The Role As a Spending Product Analyst you will develop, test, launch, and scale member banking experience products that make Chime the best place to spend, save, and invest. Through experimentation, user‑behavior analysis, sophisticated statistical and data‑science modeling, and dashboard development you will surface product insights and recommendations that increase engagement and retention. In this role you will work closely with product managers, risk, engineers, product & lifecycle marketing, and operational stakeholders to foster a data‑driven product development culture, advise roadmaps, and build a deep understanding of member behavior. Base salary begins at $140,670 and can reach $195,400. Full‑time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. Key Responsibilities Partner widely with product, engineering, research, and design teams to translate insights into product development. Lead experimentation: mentor best practices, define success metrics, data requirements, evaluate impact, and provide strategic direction. Drive roadmap, analysis, metric ideation, and strategic discussions with stakeholders. Maintain pulse on performance metrics and KPIs, explaining trends and insights. Foster a data‑driven, test‑and‑learn culture by telling compelling data stories and presenting actionable recommendations. Collaborate across functions to bridge business questions and technical solutions. Required Qualifications 5‑7 years in data‑focused roles (post‑internship); B2C product analytics and FinTech experience preferred. Experience leading experimentation, statistical analysis, and advanced measurement (e.g., causal inference) end‑to‑end. Expertise in SQL with deep understanding of joins and data warehouse exploration. Proficiency in R or Python for reproducible code and automation. Hands‑on experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). Experience building metric frameworks to understand user behaviors. Holistic problem‑solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity. Excellent cross‑functional stakeholder management skills. Focus on impact—taking work through to business change.
