Position: DevOps Engineer 3 Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: Key Responsibilities Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to optimize workflows and enforce best practices. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system scalability. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC). 8 Required Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline). 8 Required Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation). 8 Required Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). 8 Required Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack). 8 Required Familiarity with Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash), and version control (Git). 8 Preferred Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). 8 Preferred Familiarity with performance tuning and high-availability strategies. 8 Preferred Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven workflows.
