Senior Program Control Analyst

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in program control, project finance, or scheduling, ideally supporting large or complex programs. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar performance tracking methodologies. Detail-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams to achieve results. U.S. citizenship required.
What youll do:
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to support performance goals. Track cost and schedule progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare reports and performance analyses for leadership review. Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in planning, reporting, and program execution.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
