Investment Analyst
Reports To: Senior Investment Analyst
Location: Denver, CO (On-Site)

Position Summary: The Investment Analyst supports Elevation Points investment team through research, analysis, and portfolio support. This role contributes to manager due diligence, asset allocation model development, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations. The Investment Analyst also assists in producing marketing and proposal materials, monitoring market trends, and performing ongoing portfolio analysis to help drive sound investment decisions and enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on potential investment managers and perform due diligence on existing managers. Assist in the development of asset allocation models and analyze potential investment ideas. Support ongoing portfolio analysis and performance monitoring. Create financial models to support investment decisions and strategy evaluation. Contribute to market research, project diligence, and preparation of materials for investment committee presentations. Produce fund marketing materials and investment proposals. Prepare and deliver daily internal and external investment reporting. Actively monitor market themes, sector trends, and economic developments to provide insights to the investment team. Engage in various investment-related research and financial analysis projects as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA/CAIA designation or progress toward CFA/CAIA preferred. 0-3 years of experience in investment analysis, research, or portfolio management support. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with financial modeling, performance reporting, and market research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions accurately. Proficiency with portfolio analytics tools, Excel, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, etc.). Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $65,000-$85,000
