Position - Hardware Engineer

Location – San Jose CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of at least one high-speed digital board from concept through to release.
• Expertise in 25G+ SerDes operation.
• Knowledge of leading-edge microprocessor-based reference design.
• Experience working on design or debugging of high-speed 10-25G+ optics.
• Familiarity with high-speed components such as FPGA, PHY, Retimers, PCIe Switch, and POL.
• Strong hands-on lab skills with equipment like oscilloscopes, analyzers, and VNAs.
• Ability to set up hardware for debugging purposes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or others to write and run minimal scripts.
• General knowledge of networking hardware and familiarity with networking equipment terminology.
