Junior Full Stack Developer

Remote

12-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate - $30 - $35/hr (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a Jr. Full Stack Developer to support the development of scalable web applications and services. The ideal candidate will work alongside senior developers and product teams to help build and maintain front-end and back-end components, integrate APIs, and contribute to the delivery of a modern AI-powered enablement platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for learning who is looking to grow in the field of software engineering and enterprise application development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 03 years of experience in full stack development or software engineering.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Exposure to back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a large-scale enterprise development environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to follow documented processes and work under supervision.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications and services.
  • Support front-end and back-end development tasks.
  • Help integrate APIs and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with designers and product owners to implement user interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to the automation of development and deployment processes.
  • Help document technical specifications and system architecture.
  • Stay current with new technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in sprint planning and post-production support activities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Certifications in software development or cloud technologies are a bonus.
