Job Description: Renewals Representative - Growth AccountsPosition Overview The Cornerstone Renewals Representative - Growth Accounts plays a critical role in driving customer retention, securing on-time renewals, and maximizing contract value across a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized customers. This role blends renewals expertise with inside sales capability-owning the full renewal cycle while also identifying opportunities to upsell and expand customer value.The Renewals Representative partners closely with Account Managers, Customer Excellence, and internal support teams to create a smooth, customer-focused renewal experience. * Manage and maximize renewal contracts across a defined book of Growth-segment customers.
* Own the end-to-end renewal process-partnering directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate renewals.
* Proactively complete all renewal readiness activities, including building quotes and partnering with customer procurement teams for a smooth contracting experience.
* Collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide visibility into renewal status, surface risks, and address potential blockers early.
* Support inside sales outreach, calling on prospects and existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental contract value.

* 1-3+ years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Experience managing renewal cycles or subscription contracts, ideally in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills-comfortable managing a high volume of customers simultaneously.
* Experience with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce, CPQ, or similar).
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify risks and drive proactive solutions.
* Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
* Ability to articulate product value and handle commercial conversations confidently.
