Business Development Sales Rep Details: Direct Hire position $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annually Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Develop a deep understanding of the wood products industry and companies capabilities Identify, pursue, and follow up on new business opportunities Collaborate with customers and sales engineers to create accurate scopes of work Prepare, present, and support proposals throughout the sales cycle Assist with marketing initiatives and represent the company at trade shows Identify and qualify prospective customers, generate leads, and close sales Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare and deliver sales agreements Organize and maintain leads, proposals, and customer activities in the CRM Travel extensively to visit customers and support sales efforts
Business Development Sales Rep Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to climb plant access ladders and safely work in industrial environments Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time domestically and internationally with valid passport Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
