Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Family Practice Physician role based in Faulkton, SD. The physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care. Additional duties include documenting patient records accurately, consulting with specialists when necessary, and promoting wellness within the community.
Qualifications
Proven skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
Expertise in preventive care, health education, and wellness promotion
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
Current physician license to practice in SD
Experience in a rural or community healthcare setting is a plus
