About the Position AlliedTravelCareers is working with Kiwi Healthcare to find a qualified Radiation Therapist in Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813! Our client is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a Days shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent Radiation Therapist experience.
Position Requirements
Active Hawaii license and/or Compact license
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Allied Health – Radiation Therapist experience
2 current clinical references
Documentation Requirements
Current resume
Physical exam (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers – MMR, Hep B, Varicella
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
