About Lifetime Dentistry of Chickasha Just like each Heartland Dental supported office, Lifetime Dentistry is unique to its community. With a practice manager and a highly trained on‑site team, and a vast network of national experts, you’ll be fully connected to Heartland Dental’s resources.

You’ll need to have

DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted license in Oklahoma.

Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.

Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.

Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.

Access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training will be required. The individual must protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.

Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.

All new hires in dental office positions must complete a TB test as part of a safe and healthy environment. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process and completed before starting employment.
