What You Will Do: Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces Optimize front‑end for performance Work with people who care deeply about quality code Make fundamental architectural decisions Learn new things and mentor others What You Will Need: Have 6+ years of development experience in a fast‑paced start‑up environment Experience working with TypeScript Experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks (React) Empathy Solid communication and responsiveness skills A drive for exploration, quick learning, and attention to detail Practical knowledge of testing, continuous delivery, and version control systems Ability to work autonomously and find a way out of being stuck Nice to have: Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms. Exposure to early‑stage startups or high‑growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.
