What this job involves The Senior Director, Division Operations for JLL’s Technology Division within Work Dynamics is a key senior leadership role responsible for translating our division’s vision into tangible results. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the Division President and Managing Directors, driving efficiency and operational excellence across a global, matrixed environment. The Business Services and Programs Lead will manage internal, routine business functions, allowing our client‑facing leaders to remain focused on market expansion, building industry eminence, and nurturing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Efficiency:

Drive the day‑to‑day internal operations of the division, overseeing critical business processes such as internal audits, compliance, training, reporting, and systems. Lead efforts to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies to foster a more agile and effective operating model.

Strategic Execution & Program Management:

Partner with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and oversee the successful execution of all divisional and corporate programs, ensuring teams have the resources and support needed to deliver with impact.

Vision & Innovation:

Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, guiding the development of new initiatives and proposing innovative solutions that set JLL apart in the marketplace.

People & Culture:

Partner with HR to cultivate a high‑performance culture grounded in employee engagement, leadership development, and continuous learning, and lead the planning and execution of leadership meetings, workouts, and global industry forums.

Global Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

Manage the flow of information across a complex, global organization, delivering clear and consistent messaging to all levels so internal stakeholders remain informed on progress, key outcomes, and operational objectives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Establish governance structures and accountability frameworks that promote transparency and effective decision‑making, overseeing the tracking and reporting of key internal performance metrics and providing data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.

Experience:

15+ years of progressive experience in operations, consulting, or a client‑service role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Strategic Execution:

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate complex operational challenges into programs that support enterprise priorities.

People Leadership:

Collaborative leader who can inspire, influence, and build trust with teams and stakeholders across a matrixed environment.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functionally and deliver clear, concise messaging across all levels of a global organization.

Mindset:

Comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment while upholding the highest standards.

Estimated compensation for this position:

170,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per year
