Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior EHS Engineer to lead our Environmental Health and Safety programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role involves ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOE), managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and delivering training programs. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor environmental parameters, track EHS KPIs, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions, supporting sustainability efforts, and staying current with regulatory changes. This position requires strong leadership in risk management, environmental compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated industries, with proven expertise in ISO 14001/45001 implementation and regulatory compliance.

Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM, or ISO Lead Auditor.

Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, training delivery, data analysis, and project management; proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS software. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities required.
