We’re looking for an AI / ML Engineer to help us build production‑grade AI systems that power real operational workflows across our platform. This role is hands‑on and highly impactful — you’ll work on NLP, LLM‑powered features, AI‑driven automations, and scalable machine learning systems that are actively used by customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership, owning AI features end‑to‑end — from data and models to APIs and production deployment — while helping shape the future of AI at Albi.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy applied AI and ML features used in production environments

Develop NLP and LLM‑based systems (classification, extraction, summarization, QA, RAG)

Build and maintain AI‑driven workflows and automations integrated with core product logic

Design and implement backend services and APIs to support AI inference and data processing

Work with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines

Train, fine‑tune, and optimize domain‑specific machine learning models

Improve model performance across accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost

Deploy and monitor ML systems in cloud environments

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful AI features

Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical planning

Contribute to testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems in production

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in AI / ML or software engineering roles

Strong proficiency in Python

Hands‑on experience with machine learning, NLP, or LLM‑based systems

Experience deploying ML models or AI services into production

Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production reliability

Strong problem‑solving skills and a product‑oriented mindset

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
