Base pay range $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Job Summary The Manufacturing Technician supports day-to-day production activities in a regulated pharmaceutical or biomedical manufacturing environment. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), completing documentation, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing operations such as weighing, mixing, filling, assembly, or packaging according to approved procedures
Operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools
Follow GMP, SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times
Accurately complete batch records, logs, and production documentation
Perform in-process checks and report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns
Support line changeovers, setup, and shutdown activities
Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area (5S)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in science or technical field preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or biomedical manufacturing
Basic understanding of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments
Good documentation and communication skills
Require wearing PPE kit/gowning and working in cleanroom environments
Experience with cleanroom or controlled environments
Familiarity with batch records and electronic documentation systems
Experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting
