What You’ll Do

Own HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, automation, and data hygiene.

Build forms, lists, workflows, and dashboards that power campaigns and reporting.

Manage project timelines and deliverables across campaigns, content, and events.

Support campaign execution – QA emails, update landing pages, post to social channels.

Partner with Growth, Developer, and Partner Marketing teams on cross‑functional initiatives.

Maintain clean tracking and reporting for all marketing programs.

Experiment with AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

2–4 years in marketing coordination, operations, or project management (HubSpot experience required).

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented with a bias for action – notice broken links, missing tags, and messy data.

Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, Google Sheets, and basic design or CMS platforms (Canva, Webflow).

Curiosity about AI and automation in modern marketing.
