Overview
URGE FITNESS is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow our club in Ewing, NJ.
The role manages club operations, drives revenue and customer service, and builds and develops a high‑performing sales team.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue and customer service through effective sales processes.
Hire, train, and develop a highly effective sales team.
Generate leads via local outreach initiatives.
Set and hold the team accountable to individual and team membership and personal‑training sales goals.
Monitor KPIs to ensure the club meets or exceeds sales objectives.
Schedule staff (Front Desk, Sales, Trainers, Maintenance) to support club goals.
Maintain a positive, healthy workplace that fosters continuous improvement.
Manage member concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Conduct daily facility walk‑throughs to maintain high standards.
Coordinate daily with management on club strategy and monthly performance.
Qualifications
Record of success in driving revenue and customer service.
Experience hiring, training, and developing sales teams.
Proven ability to generate leads through local outreach.
Competitive personality with a strong desire to win.
Team‑oriented, outgoing, and organized.
Efficient and effective communication skills.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of leadership and people management in a consumer‑facing environment.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
Full‑time availability (45+ hours); evenings (up to 9 pm weekdays) and weekends required.
Must maintain a valid CPR/AED certification at all times.
Valid driving license and ability to commute to Ewing, NJ.
Must relocate to Ewing, NJ before starting work.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Quarterly bonuses available based on meeting required sales goals for both membership and personal training. 5 paid vacation days (cannot be used in the first 6 months). Health insurance, 401(k) match, employee discount, flexible schedule, paid time off, and paid training.
