Job Description
Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
Ensure food, labor and service goals are within target.
Conduct P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
Minimum 50‑hour work week with one day off and one on‑call day.
Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
Staff and train all team members.
Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
Implement all new products or ideas seamlessly.
Run all stores at a minimum 4‑star level.
Perform self OER’s in first week of each period and make appropriate corrections.
Complete evaluations, raises, paperwork and notify D.O. as needed.
Follow through on all assignments and ensure all reports and paperwork are submitted timely.
Maintain accurate store‑level reports and paperwork.
Know all product and operational standards.
Follow all safety and security procedures and keep equipment in working order.
Maintain store budgets.
Prepare and deliver all school lunches within required standards.
Provide accurate and detailed accountability and maintain paper trail.
Ensure all equipment is available and used correctly.
Perform inventory checks on each store each month.
Use systems checklists, visit books and keep them in place.
