Schedule Saturday - Wednesday 10:00pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities

Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations

Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity

Monitors and reviews documentation requirements

Resolves peer or customer escalations and inquiries

Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management

Routine daily maintenance on Opex machine

Document Extraction

Identification of exceptions, cash, credit card payments and foreign items

Error message identification handling and escalation on equipment issues.

Required Qualifications

1+ years relatable experience

Ability to process transactions based on documented procedures

Basic Banking Operations experience

Team player with ability to multitask

Attention to detail

Adapts to change and a quick learner, receptive to coaching

Proficient in MS Office

Desired Qualifications
