Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology‑driven company operating at scale in a high‑availability, customer‑facing environment. This team builds and supports modern cloud platforms that power mission‑critical services used globally.
What You’ll Do
Design and operate resilient, fault‑tolerant systems in Microsoft Azure
Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and production health metrics
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a focus on reliability and speed
Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing
Lead incident response efforts, post‑mortems, and reliability improvements
Partner closely with engineering teams to embed SRE best practices into the SDLC
Automate infrastructure and reduce operational toil using IaC and Git‑based workflows
What They’re Looking For
5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure (AKS, App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage)
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerised workloads, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience supporting distributed systems in production environments
Solid understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security fundamentals
Familiarity with observability tools, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Azure certifications (DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar)
Infrastructure‑as‑Code experience (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi)
Experience with Cloudflare, Redis, PostgreSQL, or Cosmos DB
Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or Azure AI services
