visionary SVP of Data and AI

to architect and scale the enterprise data foundation powering the future of content, personalization, and audience intelligence.

This is a

high-impact transformation role

You will design and lead the implementation of next-generation data platforms that fuel intelligence across the enterprise, from content pipelines to advertising optimization to streaming personalization. Your mission: industrialize the flow of data, unify it across the business, and make it universally accessible.

About the Role

Infrastructure & Architecture Development:

Build and scale robust, flexible platforms that can handle petabytes of diverse data.

Platforms & Pipelines for Activation:

Transform data assets into activatable products and services across the enterprise.

AI/ML Enablement:

Drive the company’s AI and machine learning infrastructure strategy, enabling predictive analytics, personalization, and next-gen intelligence.

Transformation Leadership:

Lead the shift from siloed, service-driven teams to a unified, product-focused data organization.

Governance & Security:

Establish enterprise-grade governance, compliance, and security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term enterprise data strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and innovation.

Build, manage, and optimize cloud-native warehouses, lakehouses, and API-based delivery.

Partner with business and product leaders to unlock new opportunities in audience intelligence, personalization, and revenue optimization.

Lead and mentor high-performing teams of engineers, scientists, and analytics leaders.

Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging trends in big data, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of progressive leadership in data engineering, analytics, and/or machine learning.

Proven success architecting and scaling enterprise data platforms in complex, multi-faceted organizations.

Deep expertise in modern data architecture (data lakes, warehouses, APIs) and AI/ML integration.

Track record of leading cultural and organizational transformation.

Executive presence, with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

Strong communication and change management skills, translating technical concepts into business impact.
