Hiring: Principal AI Architect – GCP Vertex AI & Agentic AI
We are looking for a
Principal AI Architect
with deep expertise in
GCP Vertex AI, Agentspace, and Agentic/Generative AI architectures
to lead the design and deployment of enterprise‑scale AI platforms.
This is a
hands‑on architecture role
with direct ownership of how AI capabilities are designed, integrated, governed, and operationalized across the enterprise.
Architect scalable
GCP Vertex AI & Agentspace
solutions (agents, workflows, RAG pipelines, vector search, grounding, A2A coordination)
Define
agent development standards , context engineering patterns, and memory strategies
Design
multi‑agent (Agent‑to‑Agent) orchestration
and delegation models
Lead
RAG systems & context engineering
for reliable, grounded GenAI responses
Architect secure
enterprise integrations
with SAP, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow
Establish
LLMOps & AgentOps
practices (CI/CD, monitoring, observability, cost governance, safety guardrails)
Act as
design authority
for GenAI governance, security, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with engineering, platform, data, and business teams to deliver production‑ready AI solutions
Create
architecture documentation, reference designs, and best‑practice playbooks
✅
Mandatory / Required Skills
10–12 years
of experience in AI/ML, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture
3+ years hands‑on experience with GCP Vertex AI , including:
Agentspace
Agent Builder
Vector Search (Matching Engine)
Search & Conversation
1+ year of direct agent development
on Vertex AI with at least one
production‑grade solution
2+ years building Generative AI solutions
(AI assistants, RAG systems, LLM workflows)
5+ years of strong Python development
(APIs, microservices, backend systems in production)
3+ years deploying cloud‑native apps on GCP
(Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of
RAG, vector search, context engineering, grounding strategies
Experience with
multi‑agent orchestration (A2A)
Enterprise integration experience with
SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
Strong understanding of
enterprise security & responsible AI
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Excellent communication and architecture documentation skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to
multi‑cloud AI platforms
(Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs)
Experience with agent frameworks like
LangGraph, DSPy , or similar
Experience designing governance models for enterprise GenAI adoption
