Mentor Doctor Onsite:
A seasoned mentor doctor actively practices on site, providing hands‑on support to help you achieve your clinical and professional goals.
Accepting New Graduates & Experienced Doctors:
Long Creek Dental Care welcomes both recent graduates and experienced doctors. No prior experience required.

DDS/DMD Degree:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with an active, unrestricted Illinois license.

Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans:

Physical Requirements
Essential Duties Performance:
