Accepting New Graduates & Experienced Doctors:

What We’re Looking For

DDS/DMD Degree:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with an active, unrestricted Illinois license.

Dedication to Excellence:

Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans:

Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.

Physical Requirements

Essential Duties Performance:

Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Versatility in Sitting & Standing:
