Job Description Scope: The Program Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for oncology clinics across Central and North Louisiana. The role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Program Director manages clinic personnel, optimizes physician and staff schedules, and enhances patient access and experience. The Program Director is a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative leadership, and external partners.

Patient Experience & Service Enhancement
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration, program management, or a related leadership role.
Specialized Knowledge
Experience in oncology or specialty care preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Experience with Onco EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
Knowledge of ICD-9/10 coding a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, including OSHA and MIPS.
