Role Snapshot As a Group Leader, you’re the go-to grownup during after-school hours—leading games, supporting learning, and creating a safe, positive space where kids can be kids. You’ll work as part of a supportive team that believes in fun, growth, and showing up for our community.

What We’re Looking For
You genuinely enjoy working with children
You’re dependable, positive, and ready to jump in
Experience with kids is great—but not required
Must be at least 18 and available during after-school hours (Mon‑Fri)
Schedule & Location
Pukalani Elementary Program (Pukalani / Makawao area on Maui)
Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM
No nights. No Weekends. No take-home planning.

Up to $1,000 per semester in tuition assistance
