Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve, while keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career.

What we are looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours/days as the business dictates including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at the time of hire

Hourly Rate $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
