What You'll Do:
Lead the origination and execution of M&A and privateplacement transactions in cybersecurity, SaaS, infrastructuresoftware, DevSecOps, and cloud-native platforms
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to founders, CEOs, boards, andinstitutional investors navigating growth, capital strategy, and exits
Cultivate and expand a robust network of relationships withventure capital firms, growth equity funds, PE sponsors, andcorporate development teams
Build and mentor a high-performing junior team to supporttransaction execution, modeling, and pitch development
Represent Wedbush at major industry conferences and media outletsas a thought leader in software and security banking
Collaborate with our internal research, sales, and trading desksto deliver holistic, cross-platform solutions to clients
Experience and Skills What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
10+ years of investment banking experience at a leading global orboutique IB platform required
Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex, high-profiletransactions — M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory
Direct experience or deep interest in cybersecurity, software, orenterprise IT
A strong personal network of institutional investors, VCs, PEfirms, and fintech operators
Advanced expertise in corporate finance, valuation, modeling, andtransaction structuring
FINRA Series 79 and 63 required; Series 24 a plus
Highly entrepreneurial mindset, leadership presence, and the driveto build something industry-defining
