Overview
Intuit QuickBooks is a market leader in accounting solutions for small and mid‑market businesses. The Workforce Solution (WFS) team within the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering Payroll and other Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services using cutting‑edge GenAI and Agentic solutions. As a senior member of this team, you will dive into data to uncover actionable insights and provide recommendations that fuel the growth of the WFS business.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize business problems, formulate hypotheses, define key metrics, and make actionable recommendations.
Drive strategic insights that shape the future of Intuit's WFS business.
Develop predictive models, conduct experimentation beyond A/B testing, and generate actionable customer insights that inform product innovation.
Build and apply durable customer segmentation patterns to refine product targeting, positioning, and experience.
Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics leaders to deliver insights that drive product strategy and growth.
Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Operate with speed and agility in a fast‑moving environment, making data‑backed decisions that drive measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data science or product analytics, with a strong foundation in predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and experimentation.
Ability to formulate data‑backed strategies that will drive step‑function growth for the business and increase customer benefit.
Experience in designing and interpreting complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing methods.
Demonstrated experience in building reusable and scalable analytics solutions.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers and build consensus with teams.
Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical Skills • Advanced SQL; visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Plotly Dash.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills using Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit‑learn).
• Experience with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, difference‑in‑differences, synthetic control).
• Familiarity with Generative AI and evolving technologies to accelerate insights from multi‑modal data.
Compensation Base pay range: $197,500 – $276,500 per year. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Bay Area California: $204,500 – $276,500. Southern California: $197,500 – $267,500.
