We are looking for a visionary VP of Revenue Marketing to be the architect of our global growth engine. This unique role combines ownership of existing Owned/Earned channels while simultaneously building a brand new Performance Marketing function from the ground up. You’ll lead an AI‑first culture, bridge our Commercial and Government sectors, and hold the keys to our pipeline generation strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Owned & Earned Engine (Strategy & Optimization):
Own the corporate website, transform it into a high‑conversion engine, and implement AI for real‑time personalization and visitor intent modeling.
Lifecycle & Email Architecture:
Design behavior‑triggered nurture streams that guide prospects through complex buying cycles.
Organic Growth (SEO/Content):
Partner with Content Marketing to drive technical SEO and distribute content that establishes Sayari as the category leader.
Build the Performance Marketing function:
Design org chart, hire key full‑time employees, and manage specialized external agencies.
Paid Media Strategy:
Orchestrate a diversified paid strategy (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) for Commercial buyers and Government decision‑makers.
Budget & CAC:
Own the paid media budget, optimize spend efficiency, lower Customer Acquisition Cost, and manage blended CAC across paid and organic efforts.
AI‑Native Innovation:
Implement AI agents for routine operations, data enrichment, and personalization; use AI for predictive modeling and generative ad velocity.
Integrated Go‑to‑Market (Commercial & Gov):
Lead field and event strategy, integrate offline touchpoints into digital nurture paths, and partner with Product Marketing and Brand/Content teams to maintain brand compliance.
Attribution:
Build a reliable attribution model to demonstrate the interplay between Earned authority and Paid acceleration.
Skills & Experience
10+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing, managing organic and paid media budgets.
Proven experience scaling the revenue marketing function – hiring, onboarding, or selecting agencies.
Power user of modern AI tools, demonstrating how technology multiplies output without multiplying headcount.
Deep proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot/Marketo), and AdTech platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense/Demandbase).
Technical understanding of website performance, CRO, and the Owned channel tech stack.
Target base salary:
$225,000 – $275,000 plus company bonus and equity. Final offer amounts may vary by location, market, and candidate experience.
