Part‑Time Traveling Dentist (Mobile Care)
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $900 per visit
Position Summary Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks a compassionate and experienced Part‑Time Traveling Dentist to improve access to dental care for geriatric and underserved populations. The role requires focus on patient care with minimal administrative demands.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and restorative procedures.
Diagnose and manage oral health conditions in geriatric patients.
Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Ensure patient comfort and safety in mobile or facility‑based settings.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold CMC’s high standards of care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Active dental license in New Mexico.
Experience with geriatric or mobile dentistry is preferred.
Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to various facility environments.
Schedule & Coverage Areas
1–4 visits per month, or as assigned.
Preferred Availability: Monday‑Friday weekdays.
Typical Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Coverage Areas: Nursing homes and veterans homes, and assisted living facilities in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Casa Blanca, Grants, Las Cruces, Santa Clara, and Truth or Consequences.
Commitment: 1–4 days per month, based on availability.
