Position Overview We are seeking a Cross‑Functional Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations and APIs that connect key enterprise systems across the organization. This role will serve as a technical bridge between Salesforce, NetSuite, OpenAI Enterprise, and other business‑critical platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong development expertise with systems architecture thinking—able to deliver scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve data integrity across the business ecosystem. The position requires both strategic system design and hands‑on technical execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable working across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable APIs and system integrations between enterprise platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, OpenAI Enterprise, and custom‑built applications).
Lead integration architecture discussions and define best practices for API management, data synchronization, and system interoperability.
Build and maintain custom middleware solutions using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Apex, and middleware tools like Celigo.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Product, and Data) to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Implement AI‑driven process automation using OpenAI Enterprise APIs to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage the full development lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize system performance, and implement proactive monitoring.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the system architecture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development or system integrations.
Proven experience developing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite APIs, including authentication, data models, and workflow integration.
Hands‑on experience with OpenAI Enterprise APIs (ChatGPT or GPT models) for automation or business intelligence.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java).
Deep understanding of integration patterns, event‑driven architecture, and middleware frameworks (MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar).
Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and system orchestration.
Exposure to AI/ML workflows, including fine‑tuning and model integration.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git‑based version control.
Certification(s) in Salesforce, NetSuite, or related platforms.
Experience with serverless or microservices architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.).
Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth 2.0, SSO, API gateways, encryption protocols).
Expected Compensation The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000 – $130,000 annually. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid‑range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
