Job Description Now looking for Assistant Managers and General Managers in Training! Could our next All‑Star be you? Experience is a plus, but not required – skills can be taught. You must bring a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and customer service.
Provide fast, accurate service and uphold our policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory, handle cash, and ensure timely deliveries.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance standards.
Resolve customer and employee conflicts with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
Strong math and restaurant management skills.
Excellent oral communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Commitment to punctuality and professionalism at all times.
