What You'll Do
Lead by example and create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity.
Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety SOPs and complies with licensing regulations.
Build and maintain a highly qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and leveraging engaging characters.
Drive consistent business results, managing enrollment growth, family retention, and efficient operations.
Engage prospective families through tours and community marketing events.
Qualifications
2+ years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or 1+ year required.
State-specific Administrative or Director credential and adherence to state guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
