Sales Enablement Manager

As part of Figma’s Global Sales Enablement organization reporting to the CRO, this role owns the product and technical enablement strategy. You will build and program scalable, role‑specific programs, partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales, and ensure our customer‑facing teams keep pace with Figma’s product velocity. The position is based in a US hub or remotely within the United States.
What you’ll do
Build relationships with key stakeholders (sales, sales leadership, product marketing, product)
Analyze current enablement programs and implement new strategies to fill gaps
Establish a globally scalable operating rhythm for product enablement initiatives, catering to different roles, geographies, and segments
Work with Field Enablement team members to assess and influence product enablement during onboarding/ramp and propose adjustments
Collaborate with PM and Product teams to build compelling product and technical content that resonates with sales audiences
Introduce new modalities of learning tailored to modern sales teams—leveraging interactive formats, microlearning, on‑demand content, and spaced reinforcement
We’d love to hear from you if you have \ 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales onboarding, or similar
Strong organizational and project management skills with a history of driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs that cater to multiple roles, geographies, and market segments
Experience in curriculum design for enablement programs
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have
Customer‑facing experience (sales, customer success, consulting)
Practical experience with Figma products
Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message / MEDDPICC
Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. The listed range is a guideline and may be modified. For remote roles, pay is localized between 80% and 100% of the hub range.
Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub): $122,000—$260,000 USD
