Servcon is a fast‑growing facilities maintenance and project management company specialising in providing top‑tier service to commercial clients nationwide. We are seeking a hgihly motivated and data-driven Business and Developement & Marketing Associate to join our team in Charlotte.

Position Overview The Business Development & Marketing Associate will play a critical role in expanding our client base and strengthening our brand presence. This individual will be a key player in our growth strategy, responsible for the full lead lifecycle from initial generation to qualification, while also managing our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is results‑oriented, highly organised, and has a strong understanding of how to use data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Vetting: Identify, research, and vet new business leads across various industries. This includes mining new leads from professional directories, industry events, and digital platforms.

Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and execute content strategies for all company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating new leads, and engaging with our target audience.

Data‑Driven Results: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and lead generation efforts. Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Market Research: Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to inform business development strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with a high level of professionalism and expertise in all digital and professional interactions.

Track lead sources and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Assist in account development and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency with CRM software (Pipedrive or Zoho).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.

Proven experience in a business development, sales, and/or marketing role.

Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
