Job Description This position will play a key role in supporting the VP of QI Improvement and Compliance in ensuring MHCGM is compliant with all relevant state, federal, and certification standards, while driving continuous quality improvement across all programs. This position will lead efforts to monitor, evaluate and enhance service quality, oversee audits and corrective action plans, and serve as the primary resource for quality-related investigations and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to state laws/rules, federal regulations, and designation/certification standards

Oversee audits and implement & monitor Quality Improvement or Corrective Action plans.

Monitor quality performance metrics (including metrics associated with Fidelity Reviews, QSR, CCBHC, and MIPS) and ensure documentation meets quality standards.

Serve as primary point of contact for Managed Care Organizations.

Lead complaint investigations.

Serve as MHCGM’s 1557 Coordinator handling all discrimination grievances.

Manage policies and procedures related to service delivery and safety.

Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent quality across programs.

Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of quality.

Clear communication with executives, clinicians, and operational teams.

Strong judgment in balancing compliance, efficiency, and patient safety.

Knowledge of HIPAA, NH state administrative rules, or other healthcare regulations.

Understanding of QA tools, data systems, and reporting platforms.

Ability to develop and maintain policies and/or training materials.

Education:

Master’s degree in a field such as Health Administration, Social Work, Psychology/Counseling, or Nursing

Experience:

2 years or more in a healthcare/health system setting
