Base Pay Range:
$162,875.20/yr – $301,319.11/yr
Job Description AECOM Tishman is seeking an experienced MEP Sr. Construction Project Manager with healthcare, ambulatory services, or life sciences experience for our construction project in West Chester County (White Plains), NY.
Responsibilities
Directs and manages the entire project, providing guidance to subordinate managers, enforcing company and project policies, and serving as primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Accountable for all facets of the project to be constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre‑construction budgeting/scheduling, procurement, through contract closeout.
Primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience.
Preferred Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor.
Strong MEP skills.
Experience working on construction projects in excess of $30MM.
Extensive knowledge of construction in the fields of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care, or life sciences.
Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
OSHA 30 certification.
Project Management documentation proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
