Overview We’re hiring a

Loan Servicing Manager

This role will own our loan servicing platform and is expected to materially influence product, underwriting, and lender confidence. The position is central to ensuring servicing operations are accurate, compliant, and borrower‑friendly while working closely with lending partners and underwriting teams to improve loan decisioning, reduce friction, and inform credit policy and product design. The manager will be responsible for the vendor relationship with LoanPro and the end‑to‑end integration, turning loan servicing from a reactive cost center into a proactive, value‑added capability for borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. Support audits, examinations, and internal reviews related to servicing operations
